Cthuliz Thanks for the feedback, Erin! Sorry the recipe wasn't to your liking. Since you liked the texture, you could try adjusting the spices or changing them completely. (I admit, I'm a bit of a rosemary freak.) To cut down on time, you could also drain some canned, pre-cooked lentils, and then top the pie with prepared mashed potato mix.
Erin Hello! I made this tonight. Texture was beautiful...but it was a little bland, but the spices that did come through (rosemary and thyme) were just not to my liking. I wanted to love it because it took a lot of time, but sadly, this won't be a repeat for me :(
