enticing! checked it out, hmm red wine would be hard to find I guess I can skip that...your bowl looks so delicious and I'm having my morning coffee but dreaming of mushrooms!(which are my favourite "vegetable" of all being a veggie myself:D)
Thanks for the feedback, Erin! Sorry the recipe wasn't to your liking. Since you liked the texture, you could try adjusting the spices or changing them completely. (I admit, I'm a bit of a rosemary freak.) To cut down on time, you could also drain some canned, pre-cooked lentils, and then top the pie with prepared mashed potato mix.
Hello! I made this tonight. Texture was beautiful...but it was a little bland, but the spices that did come through (rosemary and thyme) were just not to my liking. I wanted to love it because it took a lot of time, but sadly, this won't be a repeat for me :(
