Growing alfalfa sprouts

One 16 fl. oz. preserve jar
+ 1 sheer fabric piece
+ 1 tablespoon alfalfa sprouting seeds
+ water

I used this tutorial for the sprouting process.

Over the same time period, I also used one pound of soy beans to yield 18.5 cups of delicious vanilla soy milk with this tutorial. Now I’m stuck with all this okara, so I’m going to have to devise some sort of brilliant [and delectable] scheme in order to get rid of it.
